How to check your AKTU result on One View — 5 steps

One View is AKTU's quick result page. It does not need your ERP password and works on any phone or laptop browser.

Open AKTU One View

Go to erp.aktu.ac.in/webpages/oneview/oneview.aspx, or open aktu.ac.in and choose the One View result link. Use the button above to go straight there.

Enter your University Roll Number

Type the roll number printed on your AKTU admit card. Your college's internal roll number will not work.

Fill the captcha (and DOB if asked)

Enter the captcha exactly as shown. Some screens also ask for your date of birth — enter it in DD/MM/YYYY format.

Read your scorecard

One View shows every semester you have appeared in: subject-wise marks, credits, SGPA, CGPA and the result status. Open the latest semester first.

Save it, then collect the marksheet

Save a PDF or screenshot for your records. Your official AKTU marksheet comes through your college — keep it for admissions, jobs and verification.

Understanding your AKTU scorecard

These are the terms you will see on One View and on your marksheet.

TermWhat it means
University Roll No.Your AKTU roll number from the admit card — the only number One View accepts.
Internal / External marksInternal (sessional) marks come from your college; external marks are from the AKTU end-semester exam. The total decides the grade.
CreditsThe weight of each subject. Grade points are multiplied by credits to work out SGPA.
SGPASemester Grade Point Average — your performance in one semester.
CGPACumulative Grade Point Average across all semesters shown.
Result statusShows whether you passed the semester, have a carry-over (COP) in one or more subjects, or the result is withheld / incomplete.
COP / BackCarry-over paper — a subject you must clear again in the carry-over / special exam.
Withheld / IncompleteUsually a pending record (attendance, internal marks, fees or an unfair-means case). Your college examination cell can tell you the reason.

Result not showing? Common problems and fixes

Problems

  • "Record not found" after entering the roll number
  • Page keeps loading or shows a server error on result day
  • Latest semester missing from the scorecard
  • Marks of one subject are blank or absent
  • Result status shows withheld or incomplete

What to do

  • Use the university roll number, not the college roll number
  • Try again after some time, or early morning / late night when traffic is low
  • Your course may not be declared yet — AKTU releases results in batches
  • Ask your college to check that internal marks were uploaded to AKTU
  • Contact the examination cell with your roll number and a screenshot

Scrutiny and challenge evaluation — if your marks look wrong

AKTU opens a short application window after each result. Apply online through the AKTU ERP and pay the per-subject fee before the last date.

Scrutiny

  • Re-checks the totalling of marks
  • Checks that every answer has been marked
  • Lower fee, quicker result
  • Best when you expected only a few more marks

Challenge evaluation

  • The same answer book is evaluated again
  • Higher fee; marks can go up or stay the same as per AKTU rules
  • Useful when the marks are far below what you wrote
  • The revised result appears on One View after the process
Note: scrutiny and challenge evaluation are a re-check of the exam you already wrote — not a new exam. To re-attempt a subject you need the carry-over / special exam. Fees and dates change every cycle, so always follow the latest AKTU notice.

Carry-over (back paper) — next steps

  • Note down the subject code of every subject marked as carry-over.
  • Watch for the carry-over / special exam form on the AKTU ERP and fill it before the deadline.
  • Prepare with the last 5 years of papers for that subject — questions repeat often.
  • Your updated status appears on One View after the carry-over result is declared.

Frequently asked questions — AKTU Result

Where do I check my AKTU result?

AKTU results are published on the One View portal at erp.aktu.ac.in (One View Result). You can also reach it from aktu.ac.in through the Students / Result section. AKTU Online only guides you there — the official result is always the one shown on the AKTU portal.

Which roll number do I need — university or college?

You need the University Roll Number printed on your AKTU admit card. The roll or enrolment number your college uses internally will not work on One View.

Do I need a password to see my result on One View?

No. One View is a quick result-check page. It asks for your university roll number and a captcha (and on some screens your date of birth). Your full ERP login is only needed for other services such as forms and fee payments.

My AKTU result is not showing. What should I do?

Results are released course-by-course and semester-by-semester, so yours may simply not be out yet. Check that you typed the university roll number correctly, try again after some time (the server is slow on result days), and if the status says withheld or incomplete, contact your college examination cell with your roll number.

What do SGPA and CGPA mean on my scorecard?

SGPA is your grade point average for one semester. CGPA is the cumulative average across all the semesters shown on the scorecard. Use the conversion rules in your programme's AKTU ordinance (also printed on the official marksheet) when a percentage is required.

What is a carry-over (COP) in the AKTU result?

A carry-over means you did not clear one or more subjects in that semester. You move on to the next semester and re-appear in those subjects in the carry-over / special examination announced by AKTU.

How do I apply for scrutiny or challenge evaluation?

AKTU opens a short window after each result. You apply online through the AKTU ERP with a per-subject fee. Scrutiny re-checks totalling and unmarked answers; challenge evaluation is a fresh evaluation of the same answer book. The revised marks appear on One View once the process is complete.

Is the One View printout my official marksheet?

No. The One View screen is for quick checking. The official grade sheet / marksheet is issued by AKTU through your college (and on DigiLocker where available). Use that for admissions, jobs and verification.

Can third-party websites show my AKTU result?

Some sites copy AKTU results, but they can be late or wrong. Always confirm your marks on the official One View portal.

AKTU Online is an independent study platform and is not affiliated with AKTU. We do not publish or change results — the official result is always the one on AKTU One View.
